Facilitate the successful execution and manifestation of the Friendship/Sister City objectives, milestones and events built upon mutual and reciprocal relationship.
Vision
Serve as the focal point for forging, cementing, and strengthening cultural ties, educational opportunities, economic partnership, environmental/ecological best practices, exchanges and military ties between the City of San Antonio and Baguio City aligned with the Combined Task Force, City of San Antonio Global Engagement Office and Baguio City Tourism Office

At last! The San Antonio Garden in Baguio is open! Come one come all!
Thank you so much to everyone who attended our Gala! It's been an incredible couple of years for our organization and seeing the relationship between San Antonio, TX and Baguio grow has been our reward. Please enjoy some of the highlights of our events.
